Hi, I’m Dustin Smith. I’m a native Texan, longtime marketing leader, and someone driven by relentless curiosity about how technology can help us work smarter. For the past four years, I’ve worked hands-on with AI, including teaching marketing teams and clients how to use it in practical, real-world ways. When I turned that same curiosity toward my own job search, I started testing how AI could improve the process. Through plenty of trial and error, and with input from professional recruiters, I developed a practical system that combines what I know about research, positioning, and communicating value with what I’ve learned about making AI genuinely useful.
